This was the first time that we had taken an Internet vacation (air fair/house booked via the web) and we were a little apprehensive. Our flight was perfect and our accommodations at Casa Carlita were fantastic. The home and its furnishings were better than we could have imagined. The layout of Casa Carlita allowed us to enjoy the vacation as much as our children did. The maid did a fantastic job of cleaning every day and left us with nothing to do but enjoy Cozumel.

We found Casa Carlita to truly be a "home away from home" and we all felt very comfortable there immediately. It was just as I had imagined-you did a super job on your website portraying the casa accurately. As far as the satellite TV and movie supply went, the girls thought they had "died and gone to heaven". We appreciated: the overall cleanliness and well-kept house and yard. The great supply of pots, pans and large bowls for cooking and food preparation. The pots were also good quality so we didn't burn everything-HA! Extras like the corkscrew, scissors and the knife sharpener! The very generous fresh bottled water supply-thank you so much. The appliances all were in good shape and easy to operate. The linens and towels were high quality and we used the pool/beach towels every day as well. There was always a good supply of paper towels, toilet paper and soap which Lupita replaced when required. We really liked the location of the casa. You certainly weren't exaggerating when you talked about the proximity to Chedrauri-it was even closer than we thought. There was barely a day that went by the we didn't go to Chedrauri, it is a fantastic supermarket. Both girls thoroughly enjoyed staying at Carlita. They were thrilled to have their private pool and be able to walk to town.
All of us much prefer staying in a place like Casa Carlita as there is no comparison between this experience and staying in hotel rooms. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your thoughtfulness and hard work in preparing for our stay. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you and keeping in touch over the Internet.
